My approach aims to help students of yoga develop more awareness of their own energy and the innate wisdom of the body through movement - a time to explore space with curiosity and to use the tools learned on the mat towards realising the life we want to lead off the mat. I incorporate Buddhist mindfulness as a practice of self-inquiry.
