Tuesdays at 4pm - Gentle Yoga/Yoga Foundations (1 hr)
Thursdays at 4pm - Vinyasa Flow (1 hr) - previous experience only
Sundays at 11am - Hatha Yoga (1 hr)

Like so many people, many of us are now on a reduced income and I am aware that this may also be the case for some of you. For this reason I am offering these online classes on a sliding scale to give everyone the opportunity to pay what they can, based on individual circumstances.

 

                                                                           

                                                 

                                              

 


Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga/Yoga Foundations: This slow paced Scaravelli-inspired class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners wanting to dive more deeply into yoga as an evolving practice. Working with experiential alignment and the ways in which the body responds to gravity, breath and the release found through the exhale, this class is an on-going exploration of yoga postures that enables an awakening of the instinct of the body to move and settle through the breath.

Vinyasa Flow: This strong vinyasa flow class draws from some of the strength-building elements of ashtanga while retaining the creative movement sequencing of vinyasa flow. Suitable for the intermediate/advanced practitioner.

Hatha Yoga: This open level class combines elements of flow with a focus on stabilising the body through experiential alignment. 

Private Sessions: These are a good way to have a more bespoke session created specifically for your individual needs.
